Project Energize
I learnt that there are 4 food groups, grains, dairy, fruit and vegetables and meat. If you eat fat chips it has less fat in it than if you eat thin chips they have more fat in it. We also learnt that Coca- Cola has 16 teaspoons of sugar in it and milk and water are the best drinks to drink. Last year I was in Nga-Motu we had Whaea Gina come in and we tried smoothies with yogurt in it.
